Tips for Ordering

Communicating the promotional keyring you want can be difficult. Therefore, we have a few tips for you when you order.

1. When you call, specify at the switchboard that you wish to order keyrings.
2. Direct the sales representative to the location (on the site) of the keyring you wish to order.
3. Try and make a decision (before you call) on how many keyrings you need, what style you want, and the specifications listed. This can greatly speed up the process.
4. Send any artwork in either .AI format (with fonts converted to line) or .PSD format. Any other file format sent will be handled by our art department.
5. Please be patient. Many calls/e-mails back and forth may be needed to make sure that you get the keyrings you want.
